Withdrawal Policy

This page explains statutory withdrawal rights for paid consumer contracts under applicable EU and German law.

1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from paid contracts within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of contract conclusion.

The free trial is free of charge, requires no payment at signup, and ends automatically without automatic conversion into a paid subscription.

2. How to Exercise Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement. Contact: [email protected].

3. Effects of Withdrawal

  • If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice.
  • Reimbursement is made via the same payment method unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
  • If service delivery started during the withdrawal period at your express request, you may have to pay proportionate compensation for the period up to withdrawal, where legally allowed.
  • If no payment was made (for example during a free trial), no reimbursement is due.

4. Model Withdrawal Form

(Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.) To: [email protected] I/We (*) hereby give notice that I/We (*) withdraw from my/our (*) contract for the provision of the following service: Subscription access to the Model Pilot SaaS platform for creator chat automation and related tools. Ordered on (*) / received on (*): Name of consumer(s): Address of consumer(s): Signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is submitted on paper): Date: (*) Delete as appropriate.

5. Payment Provider Note

Paid subscriptions can be started manually in account billing settings after account creation. Model Pilot is the contracting seller for subscriptions. Stripe is used only as payment service provider, and any approved refund or withdrawal reimbursement is returned through the original payment method in line with applicable law. Outside statutory withdrawal or other mandatory rights, started billing periods are generally non-refundable. After a valid cancellation or withdrawal request sent to [email protected], service access is deactivated and reimbursement is processed through the original payment method where due.
