Model Pilot

Account Information

Billing & Cancellation Policy

Model Pilot is currently free. This page explains the current transition and how future Fanvue billing will work if paid access is introduced.

1. Current Free Access

Access is currently free for existing and newly registered accounts, no payment method is required, and there is no fixed expiration date. Free access is not a promise that Model Pilot will remain free permanently.

2. No Automatic Paid Conversion

No free account will be automatically converted into a paid account. If paid access is introduced, you must affirmatively select an offer and complete a separate checkout before any charge or paid entitlement begins.

3. Future Fanvue Merchant-of-Record Billing

When paid access becomes available, it will be sold through Fanvue as merchant of record. Fanvue will display the price, currency, billing interval, applicable transaction taxes, renewal terms, and payment conditions before purchase.

Fanvue will process payment instruments, billing address, receipts, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks. Model Pilot will receive entitlement and limited transaction-status data needed to activate and reconcile access.

4. Cancellation and Access

Future subscription cancellation controls and the effective cancellation date will be presented by Fanvue. Unless the checkout terms state otherwise, cancellation is expected to stop renewal while access continues through the paid period. Model Pilot may also end access when Fanvue reports that an entitlement expired, failed, was refunded, reversed, or disputed.

5. Refunds, Disputes, and Chargebacks

For future Fanvue purchases, refund eligibility, dispute handling, and chargebacks will be administered through Fanvue under the checkout terms. Contact [email protected] for product-access issues; payment-instrument or transaction questions may need to be handled through Fanvue.

6. Historical Billing Records

Historical invoices and subscription records from the former billing integration may remain visible for support, reconciliation, fraud prevention, or legal retention. Model Pilot no longer offers a new public checkout through that integration. Nothing on this page reactivates, renews, or transfers a historical subscription.

7. Commercial Use and Regional Scope

Model Pilot is offered for commercial creator activity by companies, sole proprietors, and individual professional creators; no formal business entity is required. It is not for personal, family, or household use and is not offered to persons or businesses established in the European Union or European Economic Area. See the Terms of Service for complete eligibility rules.
